EXERCISE : Maintaining a regular program of exercise is also an important component of a healthy lifestyle . Any level of physical activity is beneficial but healthy adults should aim for a schedule for 30 minutes of exercise each day . Do moderate intensity exercise such as biking or jogging and periodically include some aerobic activity performed in 10 minute long segment.

CARBOHYDRATES AND FIBER

                                         


When choosing carbohydrate based food , the guidelines also recommend you limit your consumption of those that contain refined grains and added sugar , since an abundance of these foods can raise your risk of diabetes. If one consumes 2000 calories daily, one should eat at least two cups of fruits and two and a half cups of vegetables daily along with at least one three ounce serving of whole  grains .

The way to loose weight is usually a combination of eating less and exercising more. There are many different weight loosing plans to choose from : one can loose weight successfully if one follows a plan that suits your  lifestyle.
